Hey! I’m Bami, a Young Fearless Entrepreneur, who has founded and grown the International dance fitness brand Bam Bam Boogie. In February 2018, I decided to risk it all and leave my full-time job at Google as an advertising executive, to focus on empowering women and young girls all around the world.

I aim to transform the way that women feel about their bodies but most importantly their minds. In turn, enabling them to feel the confidence needed to chase after their dreams, no matter how big or small.

I launched a website and UK’s First Twerk App “Bam Bam Boogie” in 2019 where all information can be found about my previous work and upcoming classes, some Twerk After Work partners include top global brands such as Facebook, Google, Shopify, Stripe, Eventbrite, Nike and more…

I regularly talk at events and run workshops for global teams in the tech and advertising industries with a key focus on Diversity, equity and Inclusion.

I am the founder and creative director of Twerk After Work Fitness classes, which is one of the Biggest divisions of Bam Bam Boogie dance fitness.

Twerk After Work involves a combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), dance, cardio and meditation practices within London, Dublin, Toronto, Amsterdam and most recently Ghana. With over 15 instructors worldwide, Twerk after work has grown to a global community of over 20,000, with turnover growing by over 800% from March 2018 – March 2019.

Twerk After Work has classes 6 days a week throughout London, including Brixton, Aldgate East, and Kings Cross available to everyone and regular classes take place at Facebook, Google, Shopify, and several other corporate environments.
